The capacity development training program on Strategic Marketing for State Trading Corporation of Bhutan (STC of Bhutan)organized by Advanced International Training Network (AITN) Bangkok being held from 1st to 7th October 2017 at Bangkok, Thailand.
Opening Ceremony and the sessions on the topics of Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management and Applying Customer Lifetime Value to Strategy Formulation.
Day two – Training on the topics of Being Market Focused, Brand Evolution: Building and Building, Monitoring and Using Brand Equity, and Customer and Competitor Analysis.
Day three – Training on the topics of Designing and Managing Channels, Positioning and Value Creation, Product Life Cycle and Marketing Evolution, and Product Portfolio Analysis.
Day four – Training on the topics of Segmentation and Targeting, The Marketing Value Proposition, and Taking It Home: Your Action Plan. After the 4th day training, the trainees enjoyed the dinner along Chaophraya River in Bangkok, hosted by AITN Bangkok.
Day five – Iterative panel discussion with expert resource person and reflective and review session and Preparation of presentation group presentation about leaning outcome for STCB contest.
Day five – Closing ceremony and certificate awarding.
